Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Multiple reviewers repeatedly praised cleanliness: 'very clean', 'exceptionally clean', 'pristine pools', 'sauberes Apartment' — rooms and pool areas are consistently noted as well maintained.

Service

Staff described as extremely friendly and helpful; prompt responses (texting to check in), quick delivery of requested items (coffee maker), and helpful pool/housekeeping staff justify a strong positive score.

Location

Frequently cited as excellent — close to Sea World, between Disney and Universal, near outlets — though some mention of heavy traffic and a less-preferred older Lake Buena Vista side entrance.

Room Quality

Rooms and suites highlighted as spacious, comfortable, well-decorated and functional ('huge and comfortable', 'two-bedroom suite…exceptionally clean and comfortable'), supporting a high rating.

Amenities

Pools and hot tubs are repeatedly praised as pristine and enjoyable, and the store has variety; negative notes include broken elevators, maintenance work, and lack of a full onsite restaurant, moderating the score.

Value for Money

Several reviewers explicitly call it good/excellent value (one cited $159/night as fair); however, complaints about resort fees and parking charges slightly temper the score.

Welcome to Hilton Vacation Club Grande Villas Orlando, your perfect oasis in the heart of family fun!

Recreational Retreat

Take a plunge into one of our two sparkling outdoor swimming pools or stay active in our modern fitness center. Enjoy relaxation or recreation, all within the stunning surroundings of our hotel.
