Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Consistently praised as very clean; guests mention tidy rooms and appreciated room change when AC was faulty.

Service

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, warm and helpful; multiple guests said personnel went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

Location

Excellent location steps from the metro and convenient for sightseeing; a few comments note a slightly sketchy immediate neighbourhood on one side.

Room Quality

Mixed: rooms are small and nicely designed but several guests mentioned very small showers, cramped space for families, noisy or faulty AC and a cold room due to no heating on one stay.

Amenities

Basic amenities present (breakfast, AC/heating) but some issues reported: occasional AC/heating faults, parking very difficult, and no luxury extras mentioned.

Value for Money

Good value noted by several guests; repeat visitors and recommendations indicate strong perceived value despite small rooms.

Take in the views from a terrace and make use of amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access and concierge services. Take advantage of the hotel's 24-hour room service. Buffet breakfasts are served on weekdays from 7: 00 AM to 10: 30 AM and on weekends from 7: 00 AM to 11: 30 AM for a fee. This property has received its official star rating from the French Tourism Development Agency, ATOUT France.
