Mostly praised as clean and well-kept in several reviews, though one guest reported a very dirty room with dust in corners and maintenance issues.

Mixed feedback: many guests describe staff as pleasant and helpful, while others report indifferent or unhelpful behaviour at check-in and cold breakfast-room staff.

Consistently highlighted as excellent — central, near metro and Jardin du Luxembourg, convenient for sightseeing and restaurants.

Several mentions of small rooms, tiny showers, thin walls, occasional bad smells or worn beds; positives include comfy beds and some rooms with terraces.

Good touches reported (free tea/coffee, in-room coffee set, decent water pressure, elevator) but issues noted with small lift and inconsistent wifi coverage.
