Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Multiple reviews comment the facility was clean and the grounds well kept; no widespread cleanliness complaints were reported.

Service

Numerous positive mentions of very friendly, helpful and professional staff (assistance with tires, upgrades, massages, kind check-in staff); a few isolated service lapses in restaurants and check-in delays noted.

Location

Repeated praise for beautiful ocean/marina views, quiet setting and great sunset vistas; one note about very dark roads outside the property affecting travel at night.

Room Quality

Mixed feedback: guests praised comfort and luxury feel, but several issues reported (old rooms, AC not working, room not ready, power outages, lack of in-room safe and door-lock concerns).

Amenities

Highlights include a praised infinity pool and well-kept grounds; some operational/stock problems (minimart out of juice, limited menu availability) reduced the score slightly.

Value for Money

Multiple guests said the property offered good value and would return or recommend; a few received compensation for inconveniences, supporting perceived fair value.

Indulge in a haven of relaxation and adventure at Hotel Bannister by Mint, where your ultimate escape awaits.

Spa Oasis

Pamper yourself in our luxurious spa, offering a range of massages, body treatments, and rejuvenating facials designed to melt your stress away.
