Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Mixed reports: many reviewers describe rooms as clean, but a severe incident (stained, foul-smelling sheets and poor handling by management) significantly lowers the cleanliness perception.

Service

Generally praised—staff described as attentive and friendly by several guests; however one guest reported very poor management response regarding a refund and handling of dirty sheets, tempering the overall service score.

Location

Consistently excellent: repeatedly noted as very close to metro/subway, safe neighborhood, near attractions, bakeries and dining options; convenient for walking and trade shows.

Room Quality

Rooms are consistently described as small/compact (tiny toilets noted) but generally comfortable with good beds and showers; size reduces the score despite comfort.

Amenities

Mixed: A/C and shower praised by several guests, but spa was disappointing to some and the exercise area is very limited (one mat, near laundry/dryer causing heat/humidity).

Value for Money

Fair to good: many guests felt the location and comfort justified the price, though some called the hotel 'not extraordinary' and criticized extra fees (e. g. , 60€ early check-in).

Luxurious Spa Experience

Indulge in relaxing massages and pamper yourself at the full-service spa. Unwind further in the steam room after hitting the fitness center.

Top Notch Amenities

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, concierge services, and a banquet hall. Don't miss out on sipping a refreshing drink at the bar/lounge.
